Our story

About Us

Founded in 2000 in Monroe, Georgia, BEC Group began as a single Zaxby's opened by Steve Dailey. Through a commitment to great food, exceptional service, and strong community relationships, Steve grew the business and expanded the brand's footprint. In 2008, his son Brad Dailey joined the operation, carrying forward the family's dedication to growth and excellence.

Today, the Dailey family operates 13 Zaxby's locations across Georgia and South Carolina — from Tucker, Georgia to Charleston, South Carolina — guided by the same values that started with the very first store in Monroe.
